Man literally, when i was a freshmen and all those seniors telling me " Highschool goes by fast" I thought it was bs. Cause how? how can high school, being in an enclosed area for 7 hours with immature teens & too much work and too much drama, go by so fast? I thought it was IMPOSSIBLE! but now I, halfway through my junior year , am thinking and saying to myself "damn high school really did go by fast and next thing you know , soon i'm going to be applying to colleges and start adulting...... those seniors weren't bullsh%*#ing.

Who else is ready but not ready for winter break? or is it just me ? Personally i'm ready for winter break like just not having good to worry about homework or just school in general but at the same time i'm not ready because then i have to go through all those late nights doing homework , study's for finals, and trying to pull my grades together by the end of the semester. Man hope the GPA gods give me a blessing this semester.

In our table discussion we were talking about Jessica Parra's blog entry about the poem and we thought she really brought out the true meaning of it.

The book I chose for my literature analysis was "In Cold Blood" , i chose this book bc i usually go for books that are non violent but i wanted to switch it up and go for a book like this and wanted to go for a book that's out of my comfort zone for reading. Whenever i read a book that's kind of boring i just forget what i read before.

To understand what Emerson is saying i pick parts of his writing and take a moment to think and see if what he's saying is actually true you know then when you finish thinking you're like "oh shit he's right!"
