MASTERPIECES

Now I’m going to post about the masterpieces presented in class! so first up was Churro and he talked about music and how he has played many instruments but wants to focus on guitar.
•Maria Carmen presented about being nice to others and told us a story of her helping a girl who
was being bullied and stood up for her.
•Carlos’s masterpiece was on BMX bikes and he shared why he likes it because it feels free to him.
•Jackie’s presentation on Mars was cool! bc i’ve been fascinated with planets bc they just look cool.
•Diana’s masterpiece was on singing and she used to sing and she’s been thinking of trying out for the talent show senior year!
•Yolanda’s masterpiece on music has been my favorite bc she brought something to us that we can all relate too and she has good music taste and all of us actually engaged in the conversation.

Todays World

    I’d like to talk about people, and why our society talks shit about each other or bringing down each other and why people can’t mind their own business. Me, as a person when I’m around a person and I’m just around and I’m just there and hearing it and they just start talking crap about a person then the next thing you know they’re walking with that same person that they were talking crap about and acting friendly like what?! Weren’t you just talking shit about that person like 2 minutes go when they weren’t here? Like telling other people their secrets that they trusted you with like why are you going to backstab someone that was there for you and trusted you? They choose to trust you and see you as a good friend and you just go on talking shit. Decontructing Macbeth

   Dang I procrastinated....so here I am now posting an essay for Macbeth. To be honest Shakespeare’s plays and their slang back then are hard to understand but I manage to try and figure out what they’re saying.    So in the passage I literally had to read it over and over again because I just had to pick every word from it and put them together to where I can understand and I think the passage is basically saying how we say it now like “life’s a b*tch”, because when do we ever say that except when we get into trouble or something doesn’t go our way, I think when it says “life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player, the struts and fets his hour upon the stage”, it’s what I was talking about earlier in the passage.I think life was b*tch for Macbeth when he killed because now everything in life for him is just going to go downhill from there because killing, your life is over with and now it’s a b*tch.    In the passage when it says “ creeps this petty pace from day to day” thinks it’s
